How to Report Concerns, Complaints, or Potential Illegal or Unethical Conduct?
Setareh Salian Holding is committed to conducting all business activities in the highest ethical and professional manner, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accounting standards, and internal control practices. As part of this commitment, Setareh Salian Holding has adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, establishing basic principles of conduct applicable to all employees, as well as other policies and procedures to meet our legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations.
The Global Policy for Reporting Potential Illegal or Unethical Conduct requires reporting any concerns regarding potential violations. Reports may be submitted to the Legal & Compliance Department directly via:

All reports are treated confidentially to the extent reasonably possible. Reports made in good faith may be submitted without fear of dismissal, retaliation, or any other negative consequences. Additionally, potential violations of law or regulation may be reported directly to a relevant regulator or government authority.
